As Larian continues to grow, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer in Quebec City to join our Recruitment team

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage candidates for the Quebec City studio and across Larian Studios’ global locations using advanced search techniques, including Boolean, X-ray, and social platform sourcing
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs across multiple regions
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to deliver high-quality candidates and provide market talent insights to support hiring decisions
  • Promote employer branding through social media, community engagement, university partnerships, and early talent initiatives
  • Coordinate, plan, and attend career fairs, industry events, and campus activities to attract emerging talent
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, student communities, and relevant networks to strengthen early talent engagement
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategies for early talent attraction and engagement

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in talent sourcing or full-cycle recruitment
  • Strong expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean, X-ray, market mapping)
  • Experience recruiting for Tech, Creative, or Art roles (gaming industry experience is a plus)
  • Proven experience using ATS platforms such as Lever, Greenhouse, or similar
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Passion for games and game development is highly desirable
  • A professional level of written and spoken English*

Responsabilités

  • Rechercher et approcher des candidat(e)s pour le studio de Québec ainsi que pour les autres studios internationaux de Larian en utilisant des techniques de recherche avancées, notamment les recherches booléennes, X-ray et le sourcing, via les plateformes sociales
  • Développer et maintenir les bassins de talents afin de soutenir les besoins actuels et futurs dans plusieurs régions
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires et les recruteurs afin de fournir des candidat(e)s de haute qualité et offrir des analyses du marché qui appuient les décisions d’embauche
  • Promouvoir la marque employeur par l’entremise des médias sociaux, de l’engagement communautaire, des partenariats universitaires et d’initiatives destinées aux talents émergents
  • Coordonner, planifier et participer à des salons de l’emploi, des événements de l’industrie et des activités universitaires afin d’attirer les talents émergents
  • Développer et maintenir des relations avec les universités, les communautés étudiantes et les réseaux pertinents afin de renforcer l’engagement auprès des talents de la relève
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes afin de développer et exécuter des stratégies d’attraction et d’engagement

Exigences

  • 4 ans ou plus d’expérience en sourcing de talents ou en recrutement complet
  • Excellente maîtrise des techniques de sourcing (recherche booléenne, X-ray, cartographie de marché)
  • Expérience en recrutement pour des postes en technologie, création ou art (une expérience dans l’industrie du jeu vidéo est un atout)
  • Expérience démontrée avec des plateformes ATS telles que Lever, Greenhouse ou équivalent
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément
  • Excellentes habiletés en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes
  • Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement rapide, dynamique et collaboratif
  • Attitude proactive, autonome et orientée vers les solutions
  • Passion pour les jeux et le développement de jeux vidéo fortement souhaitée
  • Capacité à s'exprimer de manière professionnelle en anglais, à l'écrit comme à l'oral*
