LARICHE CHEVROLET CADILLAC IS HIRING! We are looking for an experienced and motivated Parts Counter Person to join our team.

We are looking for someone who understands that a great Parts Department is the backbone of a successful service department and body shop. If you know automotive parts, work well with technicians and customers, and can keep things moving in a fast-paced dealership, we want to talk to you.

What We Offer:

  • Monday - Friday, 7:30-5:00 or 5:30
  • NO WEEKENDS

  • Weekly pay along with monthly commission

Responsibilities:

  • Assist technicians with identifying and locating needed parts
  • Provide fast and accurate parts quotes
  • Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter
  • Look up parts using online catalogs and dealership systems
  • Order and receive parts
  • Track special-order and back-ordered parts
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory
  • Process parts returns and warranty parts
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors, technicians, and body shop employees
  • Help maintain an organized and efficient Parts Department
  • Follow up on outstanding parts orders
  • Maintain excellent customer service

What We're Looking For:

  • Automotive parts experience preferred
  • Dealership parts experience a plus
  • Strong automotive knowledge
  • Excellent computer and organizational skills
  • Ability to accurately identify and locate parts
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Person who understands urgency, accuracy, and teamwork, and knows how important the Parts Department is to the success of the entire dealership
