COORDENADOR CONTÁBIL

REQUISITOS DA VAGA:

-Ensino Superior Concluído em Formação superior completa em Ciências Contábeis.

-Desejável Pós-graduação ou especializações em Controladoria, IFRS, Finanças ou áreas afins.

-Experiência anterior em em cargos de liderança, coordenação contábil ou função similar.

-Conhecimento profundo das normas contábeis brasileiras (BR GAAP) e internacionais (IFRS).

-Habilidade em sistemas ERP, Excel avançado e ferramentas de análise financeira.

-Conhecimento em legislações tributária, fiscal e trabalhista.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

-Coordenar e orientar a equipe contábil nas rotinas diárias, incluindo lançamentos contábeis, conciliações, apuração de impostos, e fechamento mensal e anual das contas.

-Garantir que todas as atividades sejam realizadas de acordo com as políticas da empresa e com as exigências legais e fiscais.

-Supervisionar o fechamento contábil mensal, garantindo que todas as movimentações sejam registradas corretamente, dentro dos prazos estabelecidos e de acordo com as normas contábeis e fiscais.

-Assegurar a conformidade com as normas contábeis, com base em conhecimento prévio e estudos de casos, garantir a perfeita representação dos números da entidade em suas demonstrações financeiras.

-Desenvolver e implementar procedimentos para melhorar a eficiência e precisão das operações contábeis.

-Acompanhar a automatização dos processos de integração contábil via ERP, identificando possíveis melhorias.

-Treinar, orientar e desenvolver os membros da equipe contábil, garantindo que todos estejam atualizados com as normas contábeis, fiscais e regulatórias.

-Fomentar um ambiente colaborativo e de alta performance.

-Analisar relatórios financeiros e interpretar os números apurados.

-Realizar análise e interpretação dos números da entidade para facilitar a tomada de decisões e propor melhorias.

-Coordenar a preparação e análise de demonstrativos financeiros, como balanço patrimonial, demonstração de resultados (DRE), fluxo de caixa e outras informações financeiras relevantes, garantindo a precisão e a integridade das informações.

-Dar suporte completo durante auditorias internas e externas, preparando documentação e esclarecendo dúvidas dos auditores.

-Garantir que todas as solicitações sejam atendidas dentro do prazo, mantendo a transparência e a conformidade contábil.

-Coordenar a análise e controle das provisões contábeis (férias, 13º salário, impostos, contingências, etc.), assegurando que os valores sejam adequadamente reconhecidos, ajustados e reportados nas demonstrações financeiras.
