ELETROMECÂNICO

REQUISITOS:

-Ensino Médio Completo;

-Curso Superior ou Técnico completo ou em andamento em Mecânica, Eletromecânica ou áreas correlatas;

-Requer experiência anterior em manutenção mecânica industrial ou áreas correlatas;

-Será um diferencial ter conhecimento em mecânica industrial (hidráulica, pneumática, sistemas de transmissão, rolamentos, etc.) e em técnicas de manutenção preventiva, preditiva e corretiva.

RESPONSABILIDADES

-Realizar a manutenção mecânica corretiva, preventiva e preditiva em máquinas, equipamentos e instalações industriais, diagnosticando defeitos e propondo as melhores soluções;

-Organizar e controlar as atividades de manutenção, incluindo o planejamento e a execução de ordens de serviço;

-Testar máquinas e equipamentos após as intervenções, realizando a operação assistida para certificar seu pleno funcionamento e conformidade com os padrões de segurança e qualidade;

-Realizar a regulagem precisa de máquinas, aparelhos e instrumentos mecânicos, garantindo a eficiência produtiva;

-Interpretar esquemas de montagem, desenhos técnicos, manuais e catálogos para orientar as atividades de manutenção e instalação;

-Registrar as ocorrências diárias Fracttal (Software de manutenção) específico da área, anotando diariamente os trabalhos de manutenção realizados e os métodos utilizados e as peças utilizadas, bem como indicando as causas dos problemas e as soluções adotadas, a fim de manter informações que permitam melhorias no processo e agilidade nas manutenções;

-Acessar cabines primárias e secundárias de energia de forma segura e em conformidade com as normas regulamentadoras, para fins de inspeção e acompanhamento de manutenções elétricas quando necessário;

-Manter registros detalhados das manutenções realizadas, incluindo peças utilizadas, tempo de parada e observações relevantes.

-Zelar pela organização e limpeza da área de trabalho e das ferramentas utilizadas.

-Seguir as normas de segurança do trabalho, utilizando os EPIs corretamente e cumprindo os procedimentos de segurança estabelecidos.

-Garantir o cumprimento do Código de Conduta, Manual do Colaborador e as regras boas práticas.

-Contribuir para um ambiente respeitoso e harmonioso, agindo de acordo com os valores éticos e morais do ambiente de trabalho.
