Objetivo del Puesto

El puesto de Comercial Veterinario de Insumos para Granjas Porcinas tiene como propósito desarrollar y gestionar relaciones comerciales con productores y responsables de granjas porcinas, promoviendo soluciones integrales en sanidad, nutrición y manejo.

Busca contribuir al crecimiento sostenible del negocio mediante la asesoría técnica y la venta consultiva de insumos veterinarios, garantizando la satisfacción y fidelización de los clientes del sector porcino.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y captar nuevos clientes del segmento porcino en la zona asignada, detectando oportunidades comerciales y técnicas.
  • Asesorar técnicamente a los clientes en productos veterinarios, planes sanitarios, nutrición, bioseguridad y manejo productivo.
  • Comercializar insumos veterinarios y nutricionales, asegurando una gestión eficiente de precios, condiciones y stock disponible.
  • Realizar seguimiento postventa, garantizando la satisfacción del cliente y la correcta aplicación de los productos ofrecidos.
  • Participar en el proceso comercial completo, desde la elaboración de cotizaciones hasta la coordinación logística y administrativa de las entregas.
  • Mantener actualizada la base de datos de clientes, productores y contactos estratégicos del sector porcino.
  • Elaborar reportes de gestión comercial y técnica, informando avances, desvíos y oportunidades detectadas.
  • Coordinar acciones conjuntas con el responsable del negocio de veterinaria de LYCSA y otras áreas de la compañía (logística, administración, crédito y cobranzas).
  • Participar activamente en capacitaciones, jornadas técnicas y eventos del sector porcino, representando institucionalmente a la compañía.
  • Promover relaciones a largo plazo con clientes clave, construyendo vínculos de confianza basados en el asesoramiento profesional.

Requisitos

  • Formación académica: Médico Veterinario o estudiante avanzado de Veterinaria (excluyente).
  • Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en ventas técnicas o en asesoramiento sanitario/nutricional de granjas porcinas (deseable).
  • Conocimientos técnicos: Sanidad y bioseguridad en producción porcina. Nutrición animal y manejo de piensos. Productos farmacéuticos y biológicos veterinarios. Buenas Prácticas de Producción (BPP) y bienestar animal.
  • Habilidades comerciales y de comunicación.
  • Actitud proactiva, orientada al cliente y al logro de objetivos.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar y recorrer zonas productivas.
  • Licencia de conducir vigente.
