At Laserhub, metal is in our DNA — and with our procurement platform, we’re shaking up the traditional metal industry. Since 2017, our team has been working to make metal procurement more digital, transparent and efficient. To support our next stage of growth, we are now looking for a Head of Growth (m/f/x) who will lead our Marketing Team and Sales Development function and build a clear, scalable growth strategy.

Head of Growth (f/m/x)

Our ambition for Marketing and Sales Development extends far beyond simply capturing attention; we empower these functions to drive measurable, scalable, and long-term business impact.

In the role of Head of Growth, you will take charge of our Marketing Team and Sales Development unit, unifying Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, CRM, and lead qualification within a cohesive growth strategy. Your focus will be on engaging the ideal target audiences, sharpening our value proposition, and converting marketing initiatives and high-quality leads into a robust sales pipeline.

This position represents a unique opportunity to define and build the structures that will fuel Laserhub’s future expansion.

Deine Mission

  • Leadership & Enablement: Lead, coach, and scale an experienced team to foster high performance and clear direction
  • Scalable Acquisition & Funnel Performance: Execute a multi-channel strategy (paid, organic, CRM) to boost lead generation, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, CAC, and ROAS
  • Full-Funnel Sales & Marketing Integration: Optimize lead qualification, first-deal closing, and handovers to Account Management in close alignment with Sales, Product, and CS
  • Positioning & Innovation: Refine Laserhub’s value proposition for target audiences and leverage AI/automation to streamline processes and heighten customer retention

Dein Profil

  • Leadership Strength: More than seven years of experience in Growth or Marketing, including leadership responsibility
  • B2B Experience: Strong experience in B2B marketing, ideally within a platform, tech or fast-growing environment
  • Marketing Expertise: Proven expertise in Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, customer acquisition and CRM (i.e. HubSpot)
  • Sales Development Experience: Experience with lead qualification, Sales Development processes and the successful conversion of qualified leads into first deals
  • Go-to-Market: Experience developing and implementing go-to-market strategies
  • Analytical Mindset: A clear, structured and data-driven way of working, with a strong understanding of funnels, conversion and commercial KPIs
  • Hands-on Approach: Strategic thinking combined with the willingness to get involved and move things forward
  • AI Curiosity: A genuine interest in how AI can improve marketing performance, workflows and team productivity
  • Languages: Fluent German and English

  • Within your first month: You will understand our current Marketing setup, build strong relationships with the team and key stakeholders and gain a clear view of our products, customers and growth challenges
  • Within your first three months: You will define shared priorities, goals and KPIs across Performance Marketing, Product Marketing and CRM and establish the foundations of our marketing and go-to-market strategy
  • Within your first six months: You will demonstrate measurable improvements in acquisition, pipeline quality and Marketing’s contribution to revenue
  • Within your first twelve months: You will have built a more scalable and predictable marketing engine that supports Laserhub’s long-term growth
