AUFGABEN

  • Als stellvertretender Filialleiter (m/w/d) hältst du dem Tagesgeschäft organisatorisch den Rücken frei – dazu gehören Bestellungen, Aufbau, Präsentation sowie die Pflege und Wartung der Ausrüstung.
  • Du hast das Tagesgeschäft voll im Griff – inklusive Kasse, Abrechnungen und einem sicheren Ablauf vor Ort.
  • Du übernimmst die Vertretung der Arenaleitung und trägst in deren Abwesenheit die volle operative Verantwortung vor Ort.
  • Du arbeitest neue Mitarbeiter ein und sorgst für klare Standards und Ansagen im Team.
  • Als stellvertretender Store Manager (m/w/d) du die Personaleinsatzplanung sowie Dienstpläne mit und stehst im engen Austausch mit der Arenaleitung, um alle Abläufe auf das nächste Level zu heben.

WAS DU MITBRINGST

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung oder ein Studium im Sack – egal in welchem Bereich. Hauptsache, du hast richtig Lust auf Freizeit, Action und Erlebnisse.
  • Erfahrungen im Einzelhandel (z. B. als Verkäufer oder Kassierer) nehmen wir gerne mit rein.
  • Ein gültiger PKW-Führerschein ist bei dir am Start.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich, behältst selbst bei vollem Haus kühlen Kopf und bist flexibel für Einsätze an Wochenenden und Feiertagen.
  • Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und trittst im Umgang mit unterschiedlichsten Zielgruppen selbstbewusst und sicher auf.
  • Führungserfahrung oder Praxis als stellvertretender Filialleiter / stellvertretender Store Manager in der Freizeitbranche sind ein Pluspunkt, aber kein K.o.-Kriterium.
  • Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Kindern und Kunden, bist ein absoluter Teamplayer, stark organisiert und packst ohne Zögern selbst mit an.
