Golassie is a forward-thinking company focusing on automating insurance billing for dental practices, currently serving over 1,000 doctors with plans to scale to 10,000+ within the next year. Our vision is to establish ourselves as the AI administrative solution for small practices including dentists, dermatologists, and therapeutic services. We are a small team of 10-20 individuals striving to reach our goal of $100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within the next year. Currently operating under the radar, we rely on funding from angel investors and advisors. We seek high-output operators who can either sell or manage accounts while simultaneously building systems and teams for scale. Our values center around hiring talented individuals who can sell or build products while proactively tackling challenges and contributing to business growth. Job Summary

The GTM (Go-To-Market) Specialist role is integral to driving sales, managing accounts, and enhancing customer operations. This position aims to contribute to the organization’s growth by leveraging raw intelligence and unwavering grit to navigate challenges and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with healthcare professionals, including doctors and staff, effectively communicating complex ideas in plain terms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance account management and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate high energy and resilience in pursuing sales opportunities and overcoming obstacles.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of customer needs and work collaboratively to address them.
  • Maintain boundaries while fostering likability and emotional intelligence in interactions.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at building a transformational company culture, embracing a hands-on, scalable approach.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or related client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence (EQ) to effectively 'read the room' and connect with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ambition and a transformational mindset, with the ability to build enduring relationships.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn, showcasing coachability and humility.
  • Ability to approach challenges innovatively, with a strong sense of determination and adaptability.
  • Experience in business development and Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in relationship management and lead generation.
