Som kontor Trainee, hvor ikke to dage er ens, prøver du kræfter med administrative opgaver, ad hoc. opgaver og hele regnskabsområdet: Regnskab, kreditorer, debitorer, likviditet samt intern og ekstern rapportering. Du får en grundig introduktion til regnskabsområdet og en uddannelsesplan, som giver dig et billede af, hvad du skal lære på de to år uddannelsen varer.

Fra dag ét vil du få reel ansvar og håndgribelige opgaver i hænderne og du vil aktivt deltage i administrationen, med hjælp og vejledning inden for rækkevidde. Arbejdspladsen bliver på vores kontor i Hedensted, med mulighed for udlandsophold i Sverige og England.

Dine primære arbejdsopgaver bliver:

▪ Kundemodtagelse

▪ Telefonbetjening

▪ Nummerplade administration

▪ Daglig fakturering og udfakturering

▪ Moms og afgifter

▪ Afstemninger

▪ Debitor-, kreditor-, og finansbogføring

▪ Ad hoc. opgaver

Dine kvalifikationer:

▪ Du har bestået HHX eller tilsvarende niveau

▪ Du er god til tal, kan li’ at tingene går i 0

▪ Du er et ordensmenneske

▪ Du behersker dansk, engelsk og gerne tysk (Ikke et krav)

▪ Du er dygtig til IT (Erfaring med Navision er en fordel)

▪ Er selvstændig og målrettet

▪ Du er handlekraftig og kan tage en beslutning

▪ Bevarer overblikket, i en til tider travl hverdag
