The posting

Det går godt med salget af Kel-Berg produkter, vi har brug for at udvide serviceværkstedet i Hedensted med værkførerassistent til at assistere værkfører og servicere kunder og deres Kel-Berg trailere.

Jobbet:

Sammen med værkføreren har du ansvar for at fastholde langsigtede forretningsrelationer med Lastas kunder, og formår at give en professionel kundeoplevelse.

▪ Back up for værkfører og assistere med ledelse af mekanikere og lærling med dag til dag planlægning af medarbejdere.

▪ Medvirke ved oplæring af medarbejdere i maskiner, værktøjer og sikkerhedsudstyr.

▪ Assistere med udførelse af jobkort, timeregistreringer og bestilling af reservedele og registrering af arbejdstider.

▪ Stedfortræder for værkfører i forbindelse med fravær og ferie.

Din baggrund og profil:

Erfaring fra salg til transportbranchen er en betingelse. Du arbejder i dag med transport, service og har ambitioner inden for ledelse.

Faglig uddannelse inden for branchen som trailermekaniker, smed, mekaniker, landbrugs mekaniker mv.

Arbejde med ledelse inden for trailere kombineret med god serviceforståelse og gode kommunikationsevner.

Lyst til at lære mere om IT systemer, økonomi, værkstedsdrift, og effektiv værkstedsdrift, samt god kundeservice.

Gerne praktisk ledererfaring fra job eller fritid, samt god til at samarbejde.

Tilknytning til området med rimelig køreafstand til jobbet.
