  • Experience with FEA modeling, hand calculations, handbook methods, failure mode analysis, and testing methods used to quantify margin to failure.
  • Ability to develop test procedures, conduct functional testing, interpret results, and correlate findings with product performance.
  • Strong hands-on technical ability with a creative, out-of-the-box approach to solving unfamiliar problems.
  • Self-directed, determined, and results-oriented, with a strong commitment to accountability, collaboration, and execution.
  • Team-oriented with effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships across the company.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
