Assegurar a criação, manutenção e qualidade dos dados mestres da companhia, garantindo padronização, integridade, rastreabilidade, segregação de funções e conformidade com as políticas internas, suportando os processos operacionais, financeiros, fiscais e comerciais da organização

Principais Responsabilidades e Atribuições

1. Gestão de Cadastros

  • Realizar o cadastro, alteração, bloqueio e exclusão de dados mestres nos sistemas corporativos (ERP e sistemas satélites), incluindo:
  • Clientes
  • Fornecedores
  • Colaboradores
  • Bancos
  • Tabelas de preços
  • Condições comerciais

2. Governança e Controles

  • Garantir que 100% dos cadastros sejam realizados via chamado formal (ex.: GLPI), assegurando rastreabilidade e evidência para auditorias internas e externas.
  • Cumprir rigorosamente o princípio de segregação de funções, não realizando atividades conflitantes com áreas solicitantes ou aprovadoras.
  • Atuar em conformidade com normas de controles internos e compliance, apoiando frameworks como o Sistema de Controle Interno (EICS) quando aplicável

3. Qualidade e Integridade de Dados

  • Validar documentação, consistência fiscal, comercial e financeira antes da efetivação dos cadastros.
  • Garantir padronização de nomenclaturas, códigos, classificações fiscais e regras de negócio.
  • Monitorar e corrigir inconsistências, duplicidades ou erros nos dados mestres.

4. Interface com Áreas Internas

  • Atender solicitações das áreas:
  • Financeira
  • Fiscal
  • Contábil
  • Comercial
  • RH
  • TI
  • Orientar os solicitantes quanto aos requisitos de cadastro, documentação necessária e prazos (SLA).

5. Suporte a Auditorias e Controles

  • Disponibilizar evidências de cadastros para auditoria interna, externa e controles corporativos.
  • Apoiar revisões periódicas de cadastros (clientes, fornecedores e colaboradores ativos/inativos).

6. Melhoria Contínua

  • Contribuir para o ganho de eficiência operacional, redução de retrabalho e melhoria do SLA da área de cadastros.
  • Sugerir melhorias em processos, fluxos e controles relacionados a dados mestres.
