Job Description:

LATICRETE International is looking for driven and passionate Product Management professionals to join our Management Development Program (MDP) — an accelerated, hands-on development experience designed to prepare future leaders for impactful careers within a global manufacturing organization.

What You’ll Gain

  • Cross-functional business rotations: Tackle real-world business challenges across multiple departments including Product Management, Technical Service, R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain to understand how products move from concept to commercialization.
  • Leadership readiness: Build the business acumen, technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership capabilities needed for a successful long-term career in Product Management at LATICRETE.

Program Overview:

The 12–18 month rotational program is designed to develop future product managers through a combination of business immersion, cross-functional experiences, market analysis, product strategy, customer engagement, and operational exposure across the organization.

Participants will complete structured rotations throughout key business functions, including Technical Service, R&D, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Sales, developing a comprehensive understanding of how products are developed, manufactured, marketed, sold, and supported throughout their lifecycle. Throughout the program, participants will gain exposure to all levels of the organization and interact directly with technical experts and senior leadership.

Each rotation includes defined objectives and meaningful project work designed to strengthen product strategy, market analysis, customer understanding, innovation, and leadership capabilities.

Upon successful completion of the program, the associate will be eligible for opportunities within Product Management based on performance, interests, skills, and most importantly, organizational needs.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s Degree (MBA, MIB, MA, or MS) in Product Management, Business Administration, Marketing, and/or related field.
  • 3+ years’ professional experience.
  • Must be willing and able to live in Connecticut
  • Strong interest in product management, innovation, product strategy, market analysis, and business growth.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential and a desire to be a leader within a dynamic and growing organization
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, technical considerations, and business objectives.
  • Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who can work independently or collaboratively.
  • Must be comfortable spending time in the lab, on the manufacturing floor, and field environments to understand products and customers.
  • Willingness to travel during business rotations as needed.

The hiring range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 annually. Actual compensation is based on experience, skills, geographic location and other job-related factors permitted by law.
