Become a part of our team and immerse yourself in a company that fosters a Great Place to Work™ culture!   What You’ll Do: The Center Manager is responsible for the remarketing of inventory by supporting the supporting sales team and business operations, as needed. Job Duties:

Directly supervise a team of salespeople. Manage the needs of the branch(es) overseen. Monitor, process, and report sales activity. Engage with other members of the sales team, department management, and other departments, as needed. Ensures operation is running efficiently. Works with vendors to obtain the optimal pricing to increase profitability. Accountable for assets and inventory at branch(es) overseen Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them. Develop strategies for more efficient operations. Generates ideas for increasing revenue streams. Identify ways to improve service quality for our customers and efficiency of internal procedures. Ensure that established processes and procedures are followed correctly. Communicate effectively with internal and external customers as needed.

  Required Skills and Qualifications:

Business related bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Supervisory experience. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Computer proficiency and accounting skills. Ability to work in a high volume and fast paced environment.

  Compensation:

$100,000-$125,000 depending on experience and skills Monthly performance bonus based on branch profitability
