Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Firmware Engineer to join our team, focusing on supporting of BIOS-related new features and projects for renowned domestic and international OEMs (e.g., Lenovo, DELL, HP, ASUS).

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and maintenance of BIOS functional modules for Desktop/Mobile products or server platforms of major internet companies: a. Independently analyze and troubleshoot issues. b. Contribute to the definition and development of new features. c. Support the regular release and maintenance of functional modules or customer projects. d. Assist in the porting and adaptation of modules based on mainstream Intel/AMD platforms.
• Provide on-site support by customer request.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of UEFI BIOS development experience. Experience with Lenovo or DELL projects is a strong plus.
• Familiar with the x86 architecture and related industry protocols (e.g., PCIe, USB, ACPI).
• Understanding of UEFI BIOS principles and architecture (AMI or EDKII).
• Proficient in C programming and familiar with common BIOS debugging methods.
• Familiar with Intel & AMD Desktop and Mobile platform chipsets.
• Good English reading and writing skills, capable of reading technical documents and conducting basic spoken communication.
• Ability to work under pressure, flexible to company arrangements, and willing to travel for business.
