​Latvijas Biozinātņu un tehnoloģiju universitāte piedāvā pilna laika darbu iekšējam auditoram uz nenoteiktu laiku

Prasības pretendentam:

  • augstākā izglītība ekonomikā, finansēs, biznesa vadībā vai kvalitātes vadībā;
  • vismaz 3 gadu darba pieredze iekšējā vai ārējā audita veikšanā;
  • pieredze darbā ar datorprogrammām MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel un MS PowerPoint). Prasmes strādāt ar RVS “Horizon” un DVS “Namejs” tiks uzskatīta par priekšrocību;
  • analītiska domāšana, atbildība un precizitāte darbā ar dokumentiem;
  • komunikācijas un sadarbības prasmes;
  • spēju strādāt dinamiskos apstākļos un patstāvīgi organizēt savu darbu;
  • pieredze un zināšanas pārvaldības procesu uzlabošanā un/vai kvalitātes un riska vadībā;
  • obligātas valsts valodas zināšanas;
  • nevainojama reputācija.

Galvenie pienākumi:

  • izveidot, uzturēt un pilnveidot universitātes iekšējā audita sistēmu;
  • sagatavot auditu ziņojumus un pārskatus;
  • sniegt priekšlikumus universitātes vadībai par procesu un sistēmu darbības uzlabošanas iespējām;
  • konsultēt struktūrvienību vadītājus un darbiniekus pārvaldības un kvalitātes vadības jautājumos, riska vadības un iekšējās kontroles sistēmas pasākumu pilnveidošanā.
