Welches Aufgabengebiet erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Herstellung von Montagevorrichtungen, Hilfswerkzeugen, Aufnahmen und mechanischen Betriebsmitteln
  • Anpassung, Reparatur und Optimierung bestehender Vorrichtungen und Hilfswerkzeuge
  • Selbstständiges Einrichten, Programmieren und Bedienen von 3\-Achs\-CNC\-Fräsmaschinen
  • Programmierung mit Heidenhain iTNC 530 sowie ISO\-/Fanuc\-Steuerung
  • Erstellung, Anpassung und Optimierung von CNC\-Programmen sowie Auswahl geeigneter Werkzeuge und Spannmittel
  • Konventionelles Drehen und Fräsen sowie , Gewindeschneiden, Entgraten und Anpassen
  • Mechanische Anpassung bestehender Fertigteile für Sonderversionen und Ausführung von Einzel\- und Kleinserienaufträgen
  • Qualitäts\- und Masskontrolle der gefertigten Bauteile
  • Betreuung zugeordneter Prüf\- und Messmittel, Überwachung Prüf\- und Kalibriertermine
  • Koordination externer Kalibrierungen und Durchführung interner Prüfmittelüberprüfungen
  • Dokumentation und Pflege der Prüfmitteldaten, Prüfintervalle und Statusänderungen in PRIMAS Online

Was wir uns in fachlicher Hinsicht von Ihnen wünschen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Polymechaniker/in EFZ oder vergleichbare mechanische Ausbildung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der spanabhebenden Fertigung und Erfahrung im CNC\-Fräsen
  • Erfahrung mit Heidenhain\-, Fanuc\- oder vergleichbaren Steuerungen von grossem Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im konventionellen Drehen und Fräsen
  • Sicheres Lesen und Interpretieren technischer Zeichnungen
  • Sicherer Umgang mit mechanischen Mess\- und Prüfmitteln
  • Erfahrung in Prüfmittelmanagement von Vorteil
