Welches Aufgabengebiet erwartet Sie bei uns:

  • Installation, Inbetriebnahme, Wartung und Reparatur des gesamten Produktsortiments der LAUFEN Schweiz AG
  • Durchführung von Service\-, Garantie\- und Unterhaltsarbeiten an technischen Produkten wie Dusch\-WC und multifunktionale Armaturen beim Kunden vor Ort
  • Technische Beratung und Instruktion von Endkunden, Installateuren und Fachpartnern
  • Selbstständige Ausführung der von der zentralen Dispo zugewiesenen Serviceeinsätze
  • Einsatzgebiet Region Zentralschweiz und Tessin, bei Bedarf Unterstützung in angrenzenden Regionen sowie bei Notfalleinsätzen schweizweit
  • Bewirtschaftung des eigenen Servicefahrzeugs inklusive Material\- und eigenes Ersatzteillager
  • Dokumentation und Rapportierung der Einsätze in FSM\- und CRM\-Systemen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Servicequalität sowie eines professionellen Kundenauftritts

Was wir uns in fachlicher Hinsicht von Ihnen wünschen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Sanitärinstallateur EFZ
  • Wohnort: vorzugsweise im Raum Schwyz, Zug oder Luzern
  • Erfahrung und Freude im Kundendienst und Service
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, gute Italienischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis und hohe Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, zuverlässige und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Rapportierungssystemen (FSM/CRM)
  • Flexibel für Einsätze in der Zentralschweiz, im Tessin und bei Bedarf schweizweit
