Mit deiner Energie, deinem Organisationstalent und deinem Gespür für Menschen sorgst du dafür, dass aus Besucher:innen Fans werden und sie die Marke Teufel hautnah erleben können.

  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für den Shop und trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung des Retail-Geschäfts am Standort München bei
  • Du führst, entwickelst und inspirierst dein Team zu bester Leistung und gelebter Begeisterung für unsere Marke
  • Du entwickelst Ideen und Aktionen, um Kundenfrequenz und Ertrag nachhaltig zu steigern
  • Du analysierst und steuerst die Shop-Performance anhand der Kennzahlen – du nutzt diese als Grundlage für Entscheidungen und erstellst gemeinsam mit deinem Areamanager strategische und operative Maßnahmen
  • Du sorgst für eine exzellente Customer Experience, von der Beratung bis zur Markeninszenierung im Shop

Dein Profil

  • Du hast Erfahrung als Shop Manager:in oder in vergleichbarer Führungsposition – idealerweise im Bereich Unterhaltungselektronik, Lifestyle oder Retail
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in Teamführung, Umsatzverantwortung und Performance-Steuerung mit
  • Du verfügst über unternehmerisches Denken, Eigeninitiative und Entscheidungsfreude
  • Du kannst sowohl auf Deutsch als auch auf Englisch kommunizieren
  • Du besitzt Organisationstalent, Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten im Sinne des großen Ganzen zu setzen
  • Du bringst große Leidenschaft mit für Audio, Technik und Marken, die begeistern

Diese Position ist in Vollzeit mit 40 Stunden pro Woche zu besetzen und wird mit einem Jahresbrutto zwischen EUR 48.000 – EUR 52.000€ vergütet, je nach beruflicher Erfahrung und Qualifikation. Der Einsatzort ist unser neuer Teufel Shop im Olympia-Einkaufszentrum (OEZ) in München.
