The posting

La Cooperativa La Vela, con sede a Brescia, è alla ricerca di un/una educatore/educatrice Senior da inserire nell’équipe socio-psico-educativa con funzione di coach P.I.P.P.I., per la presa in carico integrata di nuclei familiari in situazione di fragilità. Il ruolo prevede interventi domiciliari di prevenzione, osservazione e accompagnamento, con una forte componente di lavoro di rete con i servizi territoriali.

La zona di lavoro riguarda il comune di Brescia.

Si richiedono:

  • Laurea in Scienze dell’Educazione (L-19) o titolo equipollente;
  • Preferibile formazione specifica sul metodo P.I.P.P.I. o disponibilità a conseguirla;
  • Esperienza di 3–5 anni nei servizi per minori e famiglie e nella gestione autonoma di casi complessi;
  • Consolidata collaborazione con Servizi Sociali, Consultori familiari, ASST/servizi sanitari, scuole e realtà del terzo settore;
  • Progettazione e gestione di interventi educativi individualizzati.

Competenze richieste:

  • Capacità di lavorare come agente di rete, facilitando il coordinamento tra i diversi attori territoriali;
  • Padronanza di metodologie di osservazione educativa e valutazione dei bisogni e preferibile conoscenza degli strumenti del metodo P.I.P.P.I. (diario di bordo, mappe ecologiche, progettazione partecipata);
  • Ottime competenze relazionali, comunicative e di gestione dei conflitti;
  • Autonomia nella redazione di relazioni educative e report di monitoraggio;
  • Attitudine al lavoro in équipe multidisciplinare, alla collaborazione e alla costruzione di alleanze educative;
  • Capacità di operare in contesti familiari complessi.

Attività principali:

  • Interventi domiciliari di prevenzione e sostegno alla genitorialità;
  • Osservazione strutturata e restituzione ai servizi invianti;
  • Co-progettazione di interventi educativi integrati;
  • Partecipazione a riunioni di équipe e tavoli di rete territoriali.

Si prevede un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato part time di 20 ore settimanali.
