Diese spannenden Aufgaben warten auf dich

In der 3-jährigen Ausbildung zum E-Commerce Kaufmann (m/w/d) bekommst du einen Einblick in brandaktuelle Vertriebswege, die der digitale Wandel mit sich bringt. Während deiner Ausbildung lernst du alles rund um B2B und B2C, Analysierung von Nutzer- und Kaufverhalten, Beschaffung und Einstellung von Produktdaten, Festlegung von Angebotsregeln und vieles mehr kennen. Darüber hinaus wirst du in die Erstellung und Optimierung von Online-Marketing-Kampagnen eingeführt und lernst, wie man effektive SEO-Strategien entwickelt. Zudem erhältst du Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Analyse-Tools, um die Performance von Online-Shops zu überwachen und zu verbessern. Ein weiterer Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem Kundenservice im digitalen Umfeld sowie der Entwicklung von innovativen E-Commerce-Lösungen, um die Kundenzufriedenheit zu steigern. Außerdem lernst du, wie man Verhandlungen mit großen Plattformen führt, um optimale Konditionen zu erzielen, und wie man die Logistikprozesse effizient gestaltet, um eine reibungslose Belieferung sicherzustellen.

Dein Profil: Damit begeisterst du uns

  • Du hast mindestens einen sehr guten mittleren Bildungsabschluss
  • Du verfügst über gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Du interessierst dich für verschiedene Vertriebswege und hast Spaß daran die neusten E-Commerce Trends zu entdecken
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent und der Umgang mit Zahlen macht dir Spaß
  • Du hast Freude am Umgang mit verschiedenen Softwareprogrammen
  • Du hast ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, gutes Ausdrucksvermögen sowie eine technische und digitale Affinität

Ausbildungsorte: Die Praxisphasen durchläufst primär du in der lavera-Zentrale in Hannover. Die Theoriephasen absolvierst du in der Berufsschule in Hannover.

Vergütung (monatlich): 1. Ausbildungsjahr 1.050,- € brutto 2. Ausbildungsjahr 1.200,- € brutto 3. Ausbildungsjahr 1.300,- € brutto
