Diese spannenden Aufgaben warten auf dich

  • Vertragsabschlüsse: Du schließt Kontrakte gemäß unseren strategischen Vorgaben ab.
  • Bestellmanagement: Du übernimmst die gesamte Bestellabwicklung inklusive Schriftwechsel, Lieferterminverfolgung sowie Rechnungs- und Reklamationsbearbeitung.
  • Materialverfügbarkeit: Du sicherst die Verfügbarkeit aller notwendigen Materialien für unsere Produktion.
  • Qualitätskontrolle: Du überwachst die Anlieferqualität und gewährleistet unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards.
  • Effizienzsteigerung: Du bündelst Bedarfe und optimierst die Lieferquote.
  • Bestandsmanagement: Du verwaltest unseren Bestand zielgerichtet und effizient.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du arbeitest aktiv an der Verbesserung unserer Einkaufsprozesse und Workflows.
  • Datenpflege: Du bist verantwortlich für die Pflege der einkaufsrelevanten Stammdaten in SAP.
  • Reporting: Du erstellst abteilungsrelevante Kennzahlen für die Team- und Bereichsleitung.

Dein Profil: Damit begeisterst du uns

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise als Industriekaufmann/-frau, Groß- und Außenhandelskaufmann/-frau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und organisatorisches Geschick.
  • Du besitzt eine hohe Affinität zu Zahlen und IT-Systemen, insbesondere SAP/R3.
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und bringst Eigeninitiative sowie eine proaktive Herangehensweise mit.
  • Du identifizierst dich mit unseren Werten der Nachhaltigkeit und Naturverbundenheit.
