Für unseren Standort Luzern suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung einen/eine

Chef Logistik (m/w/d) – 100 %

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung: Du führst dein Team und deinen Stellvertreter, schaffst klare Verantwortlichkeiten und setzt die Leute dort ein, wo sie am meisten bewirken.
  • Operative Logistik:Du sorgst dafür, dass unser Gerüstmaterial verfügbar ist. Lager, Bestellungen, Auslieferungen und Rücknahmen laufen bei dir sauber und effizient.
  • Prozessoptimierung: Du hinterfragst, was ist, und machst es besser. Den kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess (KVP) treibst du aktiv voran.
  • Digitalisierung: Du holst aus unserer Logistiksoftware im Alltag das Maximum heraus und bringst Feedback und Ideen für ihre Weiterentwicklung ein.
  • Transport und Infrastruktur:Du koordinierst interne und externe Transporte und verantwortest Fuhr\- und Maschinenpark sowie die Infrastruktur am Standort.
  • Sicherheit und Qualität:Arbeitssicherheit hat bei dir Priorität. Du sorgst für Ordnung, Sauberkeit und einen sorgfältigen Umgang mit Material und Betriebsmitteln.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Standortleitung, Bauführern und den anderen Filialen zusammen. Du bist nicht im Büro versteckt, sondern im Lager und Werkhof präsent und im direkten Austausch mit deinem Team. Du entscheidest klar und setzt Prioritäten konsequent um.

Das bringst du mit

  • Ausbildung: Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im handwerklichen, technischen, oder logistischen Bereich.
  • Führungserfahrung: Aus Beruf, Militär oder einer ähnlichen Funktion.
  • Veränderungswille: Du hinterfragst Abläufe gern, verbesserst Prozesse und setzt Neues auch wirklich um.
  • IT\-Affinität: Du nutzt digitale Werkzeuge und hilfst mit deinen Inputs diese weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Kommunikation und Haltung: Du kommunizierst und entscheidest klar. Du setzt Prioritäten konsequent um und ergreifst die Initiative.
  • Basics: Gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift sowie Führerausweis Kat. B.

Eine klassische Ausbildung in der Logistik ist keine zwingende Voraussetzung.

Entscheidend sind deine Führungskompetenzen, dein praktisches Verständnis und deine Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Neues zu lernen.
