Als Head of Finance verantwortest du die gesamte finanzielle Steuerung von lawpilots und bist Teil des Management Teams. Du sorgst für klare Zahlen, transparente Analysen und ein professionelles Reporting gegenüber Management und Investor:innen. Du führst das Finance-Team, entwickelst Prozesse weiter und stellst sicher, dass wir profitabel wachsen und jederzeit audit- und exit-ready sind.

Ready for Take-off – Your Mission

  • Steuerung von Budgetierung, Forecasts, Monatsabschlüssen und Liquiditätsplanung
  • Ausbau eines PE-konformen Reportings inkl. KPI-Dashboards, Cashflow, Unit Economics
  • Sicherstellung sauberer Buchhaltungsprozesse und HGB-konformer Abschlüsse
  • Vorbereitung und Begleitung von Due-Diligence-Prozessen
  • Weiterentwicklung von Finance-Prozessen, Tools und Automatisierung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung, Investor:innen und Commercial-Teams

What you bring on board - Your Profile

Du hast mehrjährige fundierte Leadership Erfahrung im Finance-Bereich, idealerweise in SaaS- und PE-geprägten Unternehmen. Du bringst starke Kenntnisse in Controlling, Forecasting, HGB-Abschlüssen sowie SaaS-KPIs mit. Du arbeitest analytisch, strukturiert und kommunikationsstark, denkst unternehmerisch und fühlst dich in einer wachstumsorientierten Umgebung wohl. Erfahrung mit ERP-, BI- und AI-gestützten Finance-Tools ist ein Plus.

  • Wir heißen dich jederzeit in unserem Office am Potsdamer Platz willkommen, du kannst aber auch ein hybrides Arbeitsmodell wählen.
  • Du kannst deine Arbeitszeit flexibel einteilen und auf Wunsch und nach Absprache eine Workation innerhalb Europas nutzen.
  • Wir bieten dir 28 Urlaubstage + einen zusätzlichen Tag pro Jahr, bis 30 Tage erreicht sind. Heiligabend und Silvester bleibt unser Büro geschlossen.
