The posting

Lawrence Hall Chevrolet Body Shop is currently looking for a full-time Receptionist. Lawrence Hall proudly serves the Abilene, Texas community and its surrounding areas. Responsibilities

  • Answer body shop phones, greet and receive customers
  • Direct customers to the correct estimator
  • Work cooperatively with the body shop manager and estimators
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Excellent listening/communication skills
  • Outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test
