Response to Intervention (RTII) & Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS): • Be familiar with and actively participate in the RTII and MTSS processes, ensuring timely identification of students requiring additional support. • Coordinate and/or lead grade-level RTII team meetings to discuss student progress, next steps, and adjustments to interventions. • Accurately enter RTII data into Frontline and maintain up-to-date records of student interventions and outcomes. • Meet deadlines related to RTII processes, ensuring timely submission of required documentation and progress reports. Additional Responsibilities: • Collaborate effectively with classroom teachers, staff, and administration to support student success and maintain a positive learning environment. • Act as a team player by being flexible and willing to assist with other school needs as they arise (e.g., school events, lunch duty, or other duties as assigned). • Maintain punctuality and reliability to ensure consistent support for students and staff. • Work toward meeting a 97% staff attendance goal to model positive attendance habits for students and peers. • Be willing to serve on additional committees as needed to support the school’s mission and goals.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
