Le contexte du poste:

LFG Courtage, filiale de Lazard Frères Gestion, conseille les particuliers et les entreprises dans le choix et le suivi de leurs contrats d’assurance-vie et de capitalisation. L’équipe assure l’interface entre les banquiers privés, gestionnaires et assistants de Lazard Frères Gestion et les compagnies d’assurance partenaires françaises et luxembourgeoises. Poste rattaché au responsable de l’équipe, à pourvoir dans le cadre d’un remplacement.

Vos missions :

  • Traiter les opérations (souscriptions, versements, arbitrages, rachats, modifications administratives) : vérifier les demandes et les pièces, puis les transmettre aux compagnies;
  • Suivre l’exécution des opérations par les compagnies et les flux actif / passif;
  • Contrôler les documents contractuels (conditions particulières, avenants);
  • Maîtriser parfaitement la conformité : origine des fonds, pièces justificatives et traçabilité des dossiers;
  • Réaliser les rapprochements avec les positions des assureurs et analyser les écarts;
  • Apporter une expertise en assurance-vie française et luxembourgeoise (fiscalité, gestion actif / passif, FID, FIC, FAS);
  • Apporter un support aux banquiers privés, gestionnaires et équipes back-office / middle office et contribuer à leur formation;
  • Gérer la base documentaire et veiller à son maintien à jour.

Le profil que nous recherchons:

  • Bac+3 à Bac+5, spécialisation banque-assurance;
  • Première expérience obligatoire de 2 - 3 ans minimum en assurance-vie, en compagnie d’assurance ou en middle office de banque privée ou de gestion de fortune;
  • Parfaite maîtrise du pack Office, en particulier Excel, et appétence pour les outils IA;
  • Rigueur, méthode, curiosité ; capacité d’analyse et de synthèse;
  • Autonomie, capacité à décider dans son périmètre et à anticiper les dossiers sensibles;
  • Aisance relationnelle à l’écrit et à l’oral, esprit d’équipe.
