Stage H/F - Compliance Officer Junior – Janvier 2027

Lazard Frères Banque est un établissement bancaire au service notamment de nos activités de gestion privée, regroupées sous l’entité juridique Lazard Frères Gestion. Cette dernière exerce une activité de gestion d’actifs pour le compte de clients tiers, institutionnels ou privés.

Lazard Frères Banque assure par ailleurs les fonctions de support pour l’ensemble des entités du groupe Lazard en France. Lazard Frères Banque abrite ainsi la Direction financière, la Direction des Ressources Humaines, la Direction fiscale, la Direction Audit interne, la Direction de la conformité, la Direction des risques, la Direction informatique et les services généraux.

La banque emploie 175 personnes.

Vos missions dans ce poste :

Vous serez intégré au sein de la Direction de la Conformité et vous serez amené à:

- Effectuer la veille réglementaire ;

- Réaliser les due diligences et les KYC checks ;

- Participer au dispositif de contrôle de premier et second niveau en matière de conformité ;

- Mettre à jour des procédures en matière de conformité ;

- Participer au dispositif de traitement des alertes de conformité (LCB-FT et ABM).

Le profil que nous recherchons :

- Bac + 4 ou 5, élève avocat, droit ou école de commerce ;

- Expérience en conformité ou en banque privée ;

- Connaissance de l'environnement réglementaire des banques, autonomie, sens de la confidentialité, polyvalence, réactivité, sens du travail en équipe, très bon rédactionnel.

Les informations pratiques :

- Date de début : Janvier 2027 ;

- Lieu du stage : Paris ;

- Durée du stage : 6 mois.
