Stage H/F - Finance Operations EMEA - Janvier 2027

Lazard Frères Banque est un établissement bancaire au service notamment de nos activités de gestion privée, regroupées sous l’entité juridique Lazard Frères Gestion. Cette dernière exerce une activité de gestion d’actifs pour le compte de clients tiers, institutionnels ou privés.

Lazard Frères Banque assure par ailleurs les fonctions de support pour l’ensemble des entités du groupe Lazard en France. Lazard Frères Banque abrite ainsi la Direction financière, la Direction des Ressources Humaines, la Direction fiscale, la Direction Audit interne, la Direction de la conformité, la Direction des risques, la Direction informatique et les services généraux.

La banque emploie 175 personnes.

Vos missions dans ce poste :

- Assister aux correspondants dans les pays d’Europe dans lesquels les modules de SAP sont utilisés (analyse des demandes utilisateurs, résolution des problèmes, support en cas de demandes d’évolution de l’outil …) ;

- Assister aux utilisateurs, formations et support 1er niveau sur l'outil de traitement de Notes de frais (Concur) ou de factures fournisseurs (Esker) ;

- Mettre en place de contrôles et fichier de suivi d'erreurs / monitoring de prod ;

- Aider à la rédaction de procédures et d'amélioration de process sur divers sujets touchant aux processus comptables et à l'utilisation du système en liaison avec les équipes support et techniques basées à New-York.

Le profil que nous recherchons :

- Niveau Bac+5 / fin d'études en école de commerce ou d’ingénieur ;

- Bonne compréhension des domaines de la comptabilité ou du contrôle de gestion ;

- Bon niveau d'anglais (écrit/oral) - contexte international ;

- Connaissance d’Excel et aisance / adaptabilité sur les outils et logiciels nouveaux de manière générale ;

- Adaptable, curieux et rigoureux ;

- Sens des priorités et bonne aisance relationnelle. Vous savez rendre compte de manière pro-active et demander de l’assistance quand nécessaire.

- Date de début : Janvier 2076 ;

- Lieu du stage : Paris ;

- Durée du stage : 6 mois.
