Wir sind ein Immobilienbestandshalter und verwalten ein vielseitiges Portfolio an Wohn- und Büroimmobilien mit eigener Hausverwaltung. Zur Betreuung unseres Immobilienbestandes suchen wir Dich zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als engagierte und zuverlässige Immobilienkauffrau (m/w/d) – Hausverwaltung in Teilzeit.

  • Als Teil unseres Asset-Management-Teams betreust du unseren Immobilienbestand und sorgst für eine nachhaltige Bewirtschaftung unserer Objekte.
  • Du kümmerst dich aktiv um die Reduzierung von Leerständen – von der Schaltung von Immobilienanzeigen auf verschiedenen Portalen über die Koordination von Besichtigungsterminen und die Auswahl geeigneter Mieter bis hin zum Abschluss von Mietverträgen.
  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für unsere Mieterinnen und Mieter bei allen Anliegen rund um das Mietverhältnis.
  • Du koordinierst Handwerksbetriebe, Dienstleister und Hausmeister und steuerst Instandhaltungs-, Wartungs- sowie Reparaturmaßnahmen.
  • Du bearbeitest Mietvertragsangelegenheiten, begleitest Kündigungsprozesse und organisierst Mieterwechsel.
  • Du überwachst Mietzahlungen und kümmerst dich um das Mahn- und Forderungsmanagement.
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Betriebs- und Nebenkostenabrechnungen.
  • Du bearbeitest die eingehende Post sorgfältig und gewissenhaft.
  • Du pflegst und dokumentierst alle objektbezogenen Daten zuverlässig und sorgfältig in unserem Verwaltungssystem.
  • Du unterstützt das Team im Office Management und übernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Immobilienkauffrau (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation in der Immobilienwirtschaft
  • Du bringst Berufserfahrung in der Hausverwaltung von Gewerbe- oder Wohnimmobilien mit
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, eigenständig und behältst auch bei mehreren Objekten den Überblick
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark, serviceorientiert und hast ein freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Mietern und Dienstleistern
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office
