Nosso cliente é uma empresa multinacional de grande porte, em fase de expansão, com operações complexas e forte atuação em governança corporativa, gestão de riscos e controles internos.Buscamos um profissional com experiência em Controles Internos de TI (ITGC), com foco em gestão de acessos, avaliação de riscos e testes de controles, que tenha capacidade para atuar em parceria com a área de Tecnologia da Informação, contribuindo para o fortalecimento dos processos de governança e controles da companhia.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar na avaliação, monitoramento e aprimoramento dos Controles Gerais de TI (ITGC), garantindo a aderência às políticas e aos procedimentos internos;Realizar análises e testes relacionados à gestão de acessos sistêmicos, incluindo criação, alteração, revogação de permissões e revisão de acessos privilegiados;Avaliar conflitos de segregação de funções (SoD), identificando riscos relacionados a acessos indevidos e incompatibilidade de permissões;Atuar com o sistema SAP, especialmente no módulo GRC Access Control (GRC AC), apoiando a análise e validação de solicitações de acesso;Avaliar controles relacionados à gestão de mudanças em sistemas (Change Management), incluindo aprovações, testes, implantações e mudanças emergenciais;Executar testes de desenho e efetividade operacional dos controles de TI, documentando evidências, resultados e oportunidades de melhoria;Apoiar a avaliação de controles operacionais de TI, incluindo backups, monitoramento de sistemas, incidentes e processos automatizados;Identificar deficiências de controles, apoiar a elaboração de planos de ação e acompanhar sua implementação junto às áreas responsáveis;Manter atualizadas as matrizes de riscos e controles, contribuindo para a documentação e o monitoramento dos processos;Apoiar auditorias internas e externas, incluindo demandas relacionadas à SOX, levantamento de evidências e walkthroughs;Atuar em parceria com as áreas de Tecnologia da Informação e de negócio, contribuindo para a mitigação de riscos e o aprimoramento contínuo dos controles internos.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Sistemas de Informação, Ciência da Computação, Engenharia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência em Controles Internos de TI (ITGC), Gestão de Riscos de TI e/ou Auditoria de TI;Experiência prática com SAP, especialmente no módulo GRC Access Control (GRC AC);Conhecimento em gestão de acessos sistêmicos, segregação de funções (SoD) e avaliação de permissões;Vivência em testes de controles internos, gestão de mudanças (Change Management) e operações de TI;Conhecimento em frameworks de governança e controles, como COSO, COBIT e SOX;Conhecimento em Power BI e familiaridade com ferramentas de análise e monitoramento de controles;Perfil analítico, senso crítico e capacidade de avaliar riscos e propor melhorias;Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e facilidade para interagir com equipes de Tecnologia da Informação e demais áreas de negócio;Autonomia, organização e assertividade para sustentar posicionamentos e recomendações técnicas;Experiência em empresas de grande porte, conhecimento em LGPD, Segurança da Informação e certificações como CISA, COBIT ou ITIL serão considerados diferenciais.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Híbrido (3 dias presenciais);Tempo de contrato: 03 (três) meses, com possibilidade de renovação;Modelo de Contrato: Associado (OAB ativa) ou PJ;Linha de reporte:Gerência de Riscos e Controles Internos.
