Nosso cliente é uma empresa multinacional de grande porte, com atuação global no setor de mineração e operações em diferentes países, inserida em um ambiente dinâmico, multicultural e com forte interação entre as estruturas locais e internacionais.Buscamos um profissional com sólida experiência em Transfer Pricing (Preços de Transferência) e conhecimentos em Tributos Diretos, que tenha capacidade para atuar na revisão e aprimoramento de processos, análise de operações intercompany e condução de demandas tributárias de maior complexidade.O profissional atuará próximo à liderança de Tributos Diretos e Internacionais, com participação ativa na regularização de pendências, revisão de estudos e documentações, estruturação de processos e interface com consultorias externas, áreas de negócio e equipes internacionais.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar nas rotinas e projetos de Transfer Pricing, garantindo a conformidade das operações com a legislação e as regulamentações aplicáveis;Revisar estudos, análises segmentadas e documentações de preços de transferência, incluindo Local File e Master File;Analisar operações intercompany, abrangendo importação e exportação de bens e commodities, empréstimos, garantias e prestação de serviços;Apoiar a elaboração, revisão e análise de contratos intercompany, considerando os aspectos tributários e as regras de preços de transferência;Conduzir análises e melhorias relacionadas às operações de serviços intercompany, contribuindo para a estruturação e implementação de processos e controles;Atuar na identificação e regularização de pendências, revisão de procedimentos e aprimoramento das rotinas de Transfer Pricing;Realizar a interface com consultorias externas especializadas, acompanhando recomendações técnicas, esclarecendo dúvidas e garantindo o andamento das entregas;Interagir com equipes internacionais, especialmente na América Latina, e com diferentes áreas internas, como Comercial, Financeiro e demais áreas de negócio;Apoiar atividades relacionadas a Tributos Diretos, incluindo revisão de apurações de IRPJ e CSLL, análises de alíquota efetiva e compliance tributário;Contribuir para iniciativas de melhoria contínua, automação e otimização das rotinas tributárias, utilizando ferramentas tecnológicas e de inteligência artificial.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, Direito, Economia ou áreas correlatas;Experiência prática e consistente em Transfer Pricing, com conhecimento das principais metodologias, obrigações e operações intercompany;Vivência na elaboração, análise ou revisão de estudos e documentações de preços de transferência, incluindo Local File e Master File;Conhecimento de operações internacionais envolvendo bens, serviços, empréstimos, garantias e demais transações entre empresas do mesmo grupo econômico;Conhecimentos em Tributos Diretos, especialmente IRPJ e CSLL, com familiaridade com rotinas de apuração e compliance tributário;Capacidade analítica, senso crítico e autonomia para conduzir análises técnicas, identificar riscos e propor soluções;Perfil proativo, organizado, hands-on e com forte senso de dono e responsabilidade sobre as entregas;Boa comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal e desenvoltura para interagir com diferentes áreas e níveis hierárquicos;Capacidade de atuar de forma colaborativa com consultorias externas, equipes internacionais e demais stakeholders da companhia.Informações adicionaisModelo de trabalho: Híbrido (2 dias presenciais);Tempo de contrato: 06 (seis) meses, com possibilidade de renovação;Modelo de Contrato: PJ ou Associado (OAB/SP ativa);Linha de reporte:Liderança de Tributos Diretos e Internacionais.
