Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesCondução de inventários judiciais e extrajudiciais;Sucessões envolvendo bens imóveis e planejamento sucessório;Definição de estratégias jurídicas, revisão de peças e supervisão técnica da equipe;Organizar e distribuir demandas, acompanhar prazos, estabelecer prioridades e monitorar indicadores de desempenho;Relacionamento com clientes e na condução de reuniões e atendimentos;Utilização de sistemas jurídicos de acompanhamento processual e gestão de carteira de processos;Quando necessário, realizar audiências, diligências e sustentações orais.Requisitos e qualificaçõesGraduação em Direito e OAB; Pós-graduação em Direito de Família e Sucessões, Direito Imobiliário ou Direito Processual Civil; Experiência em cargos de liderança jurídica, com gestão de pessoas e de carteira de processos; Experiência em Direito de Família, Direito Sucessório e Direito Imobiliário, com sólido conhecimento de Direito Processual Civil; Experiência em escritórios de advocacia com atuação em Direito de Família e Sucessões ou em family offices, com atendimento a famílias e condução de demandas patrimoniais e sucessórias; Inglês avançado, com boa comunicação oral e escrita; Liderança, organização, autonomia e visão estratégica, com capacidade de negociação e tomada de decisão; Habilidade para conciliar qualidade técnica, desenvolvimento da equipe e eficiência na condução da carteira.
