Om rollen Som Affärsområdeschef ansvarar du för att driva och utveckla affärsområdet Stationer. Rollen innebär ett helhetsansvar för försäljning, kalkylering, projektgenomförande och resultat. Du säkerställer att affärsområdet når sina mål inom tillväxt, lönsamhet och kvalitet – samtidigt som du utvecklar organisation, arbetssätt och relationer med kunder och partners.

Vårt grundkoncept: Vi bygger långsiktigt värde genom att säkra nyckelkompetens internt, vara noggranna i valet av specialister och underleverantörer, och arbeta med en skalbar och smart organisationsmodell som fokuserar på att skapa kundvärde.

Vi erbjuder totalentreprenader inklusive projektering, dimensionering och installation av stationer och ställverk upp till 400kV, inklusive markarbeten.

Ansvarsområden:

  • Definiera och följa upp affärsområdets mål, nyckeltal och strategiska aktiviteter
  • Säkerställa riskhantering, projektplanering och kvalitetssäkrad leverans
  • Genomföra och leda marknads- och konkurrensanalyser
  • Leda och utveckla anbudsarbete i nära samarbete med vår kalkylavdelning
  • Säkerställa effektivt samarbete med konstruktion- och projektavdelningarna
  • Leda affärsutveckling mot både befintliga och nya kunder
  • Säkerställa en effektiv överlämning till drift & underhållsverksamheten vid projektavslut
  • Rapportera affärsområdets resultat och status till VD enligt fastställd struktur
  • Bygga och utveckla affärsområdets interna organisation och kompetensbas

Kvalifikationer:

  • Erfarenhet av entreprenader inom stationer, ställverk och motsvarande infrastrukturprojekt samt resultatansvar
  • Flytande svenska och engelska i tal och skrift
  • Erfarenhet av anbudsarbete, riskhantering och projektstyrning
  • Vana vid att arbeta i och utveckla skalbara organisationsmodeller
  • Erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla team mot tydliga mål

  • Starkt affärssinne och förmåga att driva både försäljning och genomförande
