Estamos em busca de um(a) Comprador(a) Jr. para integrar nosso time de Suprimentos. Você será peça-chave para garantir que a empresa tenha os materiais, produtos e serviços certos, no prazo certo e com o melhor custo-benefício — impactando diretamente a produção, a qualidade e a satisfação dos nossos clientes.

O que você vai fazer

Relacionamento e atendimento

  • Atender áreas internas e fornecedores por telefone, e-mail ou presencialmente
  • Interagir com fornecedores na busca de melhorias e soluções para os processos
  • Alinhar-se com fornecedores sempre que houver desvios no recebimento ou uso de insumos e materiais

Compras e negociação

  • Receber solicitações de materiais, produtos e serviços via sistema
  • Realizar cotações e analisar propostas, apontando a melhor relação custo-benefício
  • Solicitar aprovações de compra e emitir os respectivos pedidos
  • Realizar follow-up dos pedidos para garantir o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega
  • Cadastrar produtos e fornecedores no sistema

Gestão de estoque e abastecimento

  • Monitorar relatórios de estoque para antecipar compras e evitar rupturas
  • Controlar e manter o estoque mínimo de materiais
  • Acompanhar os pontos mínimo e máximo de estoque da empresa

Qualidade e conformidade

  • Conferir com a área solicitante se os serviços realizados atenderam ao solicitado
  • Acompanhar a qualidade dos materiais junto à produção
  • Acompanhar contratos de fornecimento
  • Salvar arquivos XML e notas fiscais de prestação de serviço no servidor

Desenvolvimento e inovação

  • Pesquisar e acompanhar novos fornecedores, materiais, insumos, máquinas e equipamentos que tragam vantagem competitiva
  • Participar de cursos e palestras da área para autodesenvolvimento contínuo
  • Engajar-se em equipes de melhoria contínua (5S, TPM, Lean, entre outras)
  • Zelar pela organização e limpeza do departamento e dos ativos tangíveis e intangíveis

O que buscamos

  • Experiência prévia em compras, suprimentos ou áreas correlatas (estágio ou atuação júnior)
  • Boa capacidade de negociação e comunicação
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e senso de prioridade
  • Facilidade com sistemas de gestão (ERP) e Excel
  • Perfil proativo, colaborativo e orientado a resultados
  • Vontade de aprender e crescer dentro da área de Suprimentos
