Atividades:

  • Receber e conferir documentos processados pelos clientes referentes à sua movimentação contábil e financeira.
  • Classificar os documentos conforme o Plano de Contas e fazer os lançamentos contábeis, por conta e em ordem cronológica, especificando valores, tributos, favorecidos, etc. preparando as informações para apuração dos resultados periódicos da empresa (balancetes, demonstrativos de lucros e perdas, informes diversos e outros)
  • Buscar orientações e soluções referentes ás suas atividades de contabilização, acessar bibliografia, textos,Internet, etc. com o objetivo de atualizar-se sobre a legislação fisco-contábil.
  • Fazer a conciliação contábil dos pagamentos a fornecedores e do “pequeno caixa” para despesas de pouco valor. Analisar eventuais divergências e proceder às devidas correções.
  • Realizar fechamento contábil do período para emissão dos relatórios com o propósito de apurar o desempenho financeiro da empresa e recolhimento dos impostos devidos: apurar os impostos a recolher ou compensar de empresas do Lucro Real, conciliar pagamentos e recebimentos com extratos bancários, provisões de despesas de pessoal e Folha de Pagamento, valores de correção e depreciação do ativo fixo, cobrar acertos de adiantamentos, etc. reunindo as informações para emissão dos relatórios , declarações, solicitações de pagamentos e demonstrativos de ordem geral.
  • Analisar eventuais divergências e proceder às devidas correções.
  • Corrigir eventuais divergências, cobrar a necessidade de ajustes por outras áreas e apurar os resultados emitindo quadros estatísticos, gráficos e resumos para apreciação do superior.
  • Anualmente participar nos fechamentos contábeis do período para avaliação dos resultados pelos acionistas e cumprimento das obrigações legais: auxiliar na emissão de relatórios e quadros demonstrativos, arquivar e/ou encaminha documentos, apurar diferenças de lançamentos, conferir e ajustar provisões. Desenvolver estudos correlatos à contabilidade prestando assessoria técnica.
  • Elaborar e publicar as Demonstrações Contábeis da Empresa tais como: Balanço Patrimonial, Demonstração do Resultado do Exercício, Notas Explicativas às Demonstrações Contábeis, Demonstração das Mutações do Patrimônio Líquido, Demonstração das Origens e Aplicações de Recursos, Fluxo de Caixa, Balanço Social, Demonstração do Valor Adicionado, em atendimento as determinações estabelecidas pelo Manual de Contabilidade do Serviço Público de Energia Elétrica, pela Lei das Sociedades Anônimas e demais legislações vigentes.
  • Atender as auditorias e fiscalizações internas e externas, observando cronograma estabelecido, prestando informações, fornecendo documentos, analisando e discutindo divergências e efetuando correções.
