Du willst Unternehmensprozesse nicht nur verstehen, sondern besser machen?

Bei LD7 verbinden wir Beratung mit Technologie und begleiten unsere Kunden dabei, ihre Prozesse und Systeme zukunftsfähig aufzustellen.

Als ERP Consultant (m/w/d) arbeitest du an der Schnittstelle zwischen Menschen, Prozessen und Technologie. Du verstehst, was unsere Kunden wirklich brauchen, übersetzt Anforderungen in durchdachte Lösungen und begleitest deren Umsetzung - mit einem besonderen Fokus auf ERP-Systeme wie SAP oder Sage. Dabei geht es nicht nur um Software, sondern um die Frage: Wie können Prozesse einfacher, effizienter und zukunftsfähiger werden?

Was dich erwartet

  • ERP-Beratung mit Weitblick: Du analysierst bestehende Geschäftsprozesse, identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden passende Lösungen
  • Schnittstelle zwischen Business und IT: Du übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in technische Lösungen und sorgst dafür, dass Kunden, Fachbereiche und technische Teams ein gemeinsames Verständnis entwickeln
  • Verantwortung statt Ellenbogen: Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst du eigene Arbeitspakete oder Teilprojekte und arbeitest eng mit unserem Team, unseren Partnerunternehmen und unseren Kunden zusammen
  • Beratung mit Haltung: Wir stehen für werteorientierte Arbeit - fair, partnerschaftlich, progressiv

Dein Profil

Was wir uns von dir wünschen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Informatik oder einem vergleichbaren relevanten Bereich - oder eine Ausbildung und Praxiserfahrung, die in diese Bereiche fallen
  • mind. 2 Jahre relevante Praxiserfahrung im Bereich ERP-Beratung, IT oder Betreuung von ERP-Systemen
  • Eingehendes Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Prozesse und die Fähigkeit, dich schnell in neue Abläufe und Systeme hineinzudenken
  • Sehr gutes technisches Know-How und hohes Interesse daran, fachliche Anforderungen in funktionierende Lösungen zu übersetzen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und ein gutes Gespür dafür, was Kunden wirklich brauchen
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft für Termine und Projekte bei unseren Kunden vor Ort (vorwiegend Inland & EU)
  • Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit mindestens einem ERP-System sowie Kenntnisse in SAP und/oder Sage sind ein großes Plus
  • Sehr gute Deutsch sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse
