Jouw takenpakket

Als kandidaat-notaris neem je een verantwoordelijke rol op binnen het kantoor en werk je mee aan uiteenlopende dossiers binnen alle rechtsdomeinen van het notariaat. Je taken omvatten onder meer:

  • Je beheert en behandelt zelfstandig notariële dossiers van B tot Y, waarbij je waakt over de juridische correctheid en een vlotte afhandeling van dossiers van collega dossierbeheerders.
  • Je adviseert cliënten op een heldere en toegankelijke manier en begeleidt hen bij belangrijke juridische en persoonlijke beslissingen.
  • Je volgt de evoluties in wetgeving en rechtspraak nauwgezet op en vertaalt deze naar een kwalitatieve en actuele dienstverlening.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de toekomstvisie en strategische groei van het kantoor en formuleert voorstellen om de dagelijkse werking verder te optimaliseren.
  • Je draagt bij aan de verdere digitalisering van processen en staat open voor innovatieve oplossingen die de efficiëntie verhogen.
  • Je ondersteunt, begeleidt en leidt nieuwe medewerkers op, zodat zij zich snel kunnen integreren en mee de visie van het kantoor uitdragen.
  • Je bouwt mee aan duurzame cliëntenrelaties en draagt bij aan de verdere uitbouw van een kwalitatieve en persoonlijke dienstverlening.

Jouw profiel

Als kandidaat-notaris beschik je over een stevige juridische basis, een klantgerichte ingesteldheid en de ambitie om op korte termijn een sleutelrol binnen het kantoor op te nemen.

  • Je behaalde een master in de rechten en een master in het notariaat.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring binnen het notariaat en wil je expertise verder verdiepen.
  • Je bent ambitieus en kijkt ernaar uit om door te groeien tot notaris, met het oog op een mogelijke associatie.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig en weet complexe juridische materie helder te vertalen naar cliënten.
  • Je communiceert vlot, denkt oplossingsgericht en hecht belang aan een persoonlijke en professionele dienstverlening.
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt actief mee over de verdere ontwikkeling van het kantoor.
  • Je hebt interesse in digitalisering en staat open voor nieuwe technologieën en efficiëntere werkmethodes.
