In deze rol neem jij het voortouw bij het soepel en correct laten verlopen van diverse dossiers. Je combineert inhoudelijke kennis steevast met een scherpe focus op de uiteindelijke resultaten voor de cliënt.

  • Je beheert dossiers van begin tot eind volledig zelfstandig, zodat het overzicht op elk moment bewaard blijft.
  • Complexe vraagstukken rond vastgoed en/of familiaal vermogensrecht ontleed jij moeiteloos tot werkbare oplossingen.
  • Nieuwe wetswijzigingen volg je op de voet op en je vertaalt deze naadloos naar bruikbare praktijkadviezen.
  • Als Notarieel dossierbeheerder fungeer je als het vaste aanspreekpunt en vertrouwenspersoon voor cliënten, wat zorgt voor erg duurzame relaties.
  • Je werkt graag samen met collega's om elk project tijdig en succesvol af te ronden.

Profiel

We zoeken iemand die verder kijkt dan enkel de theorie. Jouw mentaliteit en de wil om zaken oplossingsgericht aan te pakken zijn het belangrijkste voor deze rol.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma Rechten, eventueel aangevuld met een specialisatie in het Notariaat.
  • Ervaring binnen het notariaat vormt een mooie basis en is cruciaal om zelfstandig jouw dossiers te kunnen beheren.
  • Collega's omschrijven jou steevast als iemand die heel nauwkeurig en cliëntgericht te werk gaat.
