Jouw dagelijkse focus als Notarieel Dossierbeheerder Projecten ligt op het vlotte beheer en de succesvolle afronding van veelzijdige vastgoeddossiers.

  • Je beheert zelfstandig een gevarieerde stroom aan projectdossiers, waardoor je van A tot Z betrokken blijft bij het eindresultaat.
  • Het opstellen van basisakten en het in goede banen leiden van verkavelingen neem jij professioneel voor jouw rekening.
  • Door proactief mee te denken met externe partners, breng je mogelijke risico's tijdig in kaart en reik je sluitende oplossingen aan.
  • Particuliere cliënten voorzie je van op maat gemaakt en helder advies.
  • Samenwerken doe je intensief met de notarissen en collega-juristen om de kwaliteit van elke akte tot een maximum te tillen.
