  • Prepare short- and long-term revenue projections, produce weekly and monthly performance analyses, and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
  • Monitor booking trends, pickup, no-shows, booking sources, market segments, Global Distribution Systems (GDS), inventory performance, and monthly results.
  • Evaluate rate strategy tiers and booking pace to identify performance gaps and recommend appropriate commercial actions.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams and other departments to align revenue objectives, coordinate action plans, and ensure consistent execution across properties.
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners to support revenue growth and operational alignment.
  • Follow applicable workplace safety practices and organizational procedures, and perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • At least five years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a multi-property, area, or clustered hotel revenue management role.
  • Required certifications with Hilton and Marriott hotel brands.
  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret booking patterns, market trends, financial forecasts, pricing performance, and revenue reports.
  • Demonstrated expertise in room pricing, inventory management, distribution channels, market segmentation, demand forecasting, and revenue optimization.
  • Experience developing and implementing revenue strategies across multiple properties, balancing individual hotel needs with broader commercial objectives.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present findings, lead revenue meetings, and coordinate cross-functional action plans.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage competing priorities, and support multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to accommodate occasional to moderate travel as required.
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the role, including extended periods of sitting, keyboard use, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off.

  • Free basic life insurance.
  • Employee travel discounts.
  • Technology reimbursements.
  • Employee assistance and wellness program.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
