Als Unterstützung für unsere Senior Product Managerin Convenience am Standort Böckten suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung und befristet für ein Jahr eine:n

Du hast dein Studium gerade abgeschlossen oder stehst am Anfang deiner beruflichen Laufbahn? Du möchtest erste Praxiserfahrungen im Product Management sammeln und dein theoretisches Wissen in konkreten Entwicklungsprojekten anwenden? Dann bieten wir dir die ideale Gelegenheit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, von erfahrenen Fachpersonen zu lernen und aktiv an innovativen Produktlösungen mitzuwirken.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung neuer Produkte und Sortimente im Bereich Care
  • Unterstützung bei Rezepturentwicklung, Produkttests und Degustationen
  • Begleitung von Produktentwicklungsprojekten und Machbarkeitsstudien
  • Mitarbeit bei Verpackungskonzepten und Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten
  • Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen sowie Markt\- und Wettbewerbsentwicklungen
  • Unterstützung bei der Einhaltung lebensmittelrechtlicher und ernährungsphysiologischer Anforderungen
  • Koordinations\- und Schnittstellenrolle als Drehscheibenfunktion zwischen Product Management, Entwicklung,
  • Qualitätssicherung, Produktion sowie externen Partnern und Lieferanten

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium in Lebensmitteltechnologie, Lebensmittelwissenschaften, Life Sciences oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin mit Interesse an Produktentwicklung
  • Interesse an Product Management, Lebensmittelinnovation und Spezialernährung und Grundkenntnisse im Bereich der Lebensmittelherstellung / Rezepturentwicklung
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und analytische Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstarke, teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Lernbereitschaft
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
  • Hands\-on\-Mentalität und Bereitschaft, Produkte selbst zu testen und Entwicklungsprozesse aktiv zu begleiten
