PRINCIPAIS ATRIBUIÇÕES: Planejar, coordenar, orientar e supervisionar as atividades operacionais em campo, assegurando a execução das tarefas conforme os procedimentos técnicos, normas de segurança e padrões de qualidade exigidos pela empresa, clientes e legislações aplicáveis.

REQUISITOS: Nível Superior Completo em Biologia, Engenharia Ambiental, Ciências Sociais, Pedagogia e/ou outras graduações relacionadas Possuir CNH – cat. B. Habilidade no uso do Pacote Office. Experiência em desenvolvimento de campanhas educativas; Realização de oficinas e palestras; Vivências em unidades de conservação.

HORÁRIO: de Segunda a quinta 8:00 as 18:00 e Sexta das 8h às 17:00

Atividades do cargo:

- Apoiar o planejamento das atividades e desenvolvimento dos materiais educativos, colaborando com a equipe técnica na elaboração de ações e conteúdo para garantir que as atividades estejam alinhadas com os objetivos ambientais e pedagógicos antes da execução das ações. - Realizar as ações de mobilização e logística para preparação das atividades, organizando espaços, materiais, transporte e comunicação, assegurando que tudo esteja pronto para a realização das atividades na fase prévia às ações de campo. - Realizar e acompanhar solicitações de aquisições e fornecimento de insumos, equipamentos e mão de obra, emitindo pedidos e acompanhando entregas para garantir os recursos necessários para as atividades durante o planejamento e execução. - Mobilizar os públicos de interesse (moradores, superficiários, trabalhadores, representantes do Poder Público, dentre outros) para participação nas atividades, por meio de reuniões, convites, divulgação e articulação comunitária para envolver os públicos-alvo nas ações de educação ambiental, antes e durante as atividades. Apoiar a realização das atividades de sensibilização junto ao público interno, promovendo ações educativas com colaboradores da empresa ou instituição para fortalecer a cultura ambiental interna durante o cronograma de ações. - Executar os trabalhos de campo e produzir relatos das atividades realizadas, aplicar oficinas, dinâmicas, palestras e registrar os resultados para documentar e avaliar o impacto das ações durante e após as atividades. - Encaminhar evidências das atividades realizadas enviar fotos, listas de presença, relatórios e registros para comprovar a realização e efetividade das ações após cada atividade. - Executar atualizações recorrentes de cronograma e planilhas de controle técnico, mantendo os registros atualizados em sistemas e documentos para garantir o acompanhamento e gestão eficiente das ações, continuamente, durante o projeto. - Elaborar relatórios técnicos, redigir documentos com análise das atividades e resultados para subsidiar decisões e prestar contas aos envolvidos, ao final de ciclos ou conforme demanda. - Realizar interlocução direta com as equipes de trabalho, internas, externas, operacionais, mantendo comunicação clara e constante com todos os envolvidos para garantir alinhamento e cooperação entre as partes durante todo o processo. - Participar de reuniões e vistorias com clientes e órgãos ambientais, acompanhados da coordenação e/ou gerência, representando a equipe técnica e apresentar resultados para prestar esclarecimentos e alinhar ações com stakeholders conforme agenda e necessidade dos projetos. - Seguir as diretrizes e procedimentos do Sistema de Gestão Integrado, atuando conforme normas de qualidade, meio ambiente, saúde e segurança para garantir conformidade legal e institucional em todas as etapas do trabalho.
