1. 能够独立和客户交流具体的技术需求（包括软硬件需求，通讯协议），制定开发/变更要求；在标定工作开始前对接收到的试验车根据接车标准进行验收和评估； 2. 根据标定及测试内容与工作量制定各项目的工作计划； 3. 把控标定进度，对整车动力性、平顺性、响应性能以及经济性等各类指标进行标定，满足客户要求； 4. 在标定工作结束后提交相应标定报告，达成开发目标； 5. 解决客户现场遇到的各类问题； 6. 针对测试标定过程中遇到的问题和漏洞，对控制策略提出修改建议，并做好问题记录； 7. 分担标定用例库建设及标定指导书编写； 8. 制定电动车/混动车辆整车标定精准计划、流程标准、指导书，及相关问题应对解决方案，并不断优化； 9. 组织技能培训、引入新技术、高效工具及方法，提高标定质量及工作效率； 10. 带领团队解决标定难题，及时给组员提供技术支持，参与质量攻关、品质提升等工作； 11. 支持量产产品售后服务，记录问题及解决方案，向研发反馈问题； 12. 建设标定团队，发展标定团队整体能力； 13. 上级交付的其他工作

1. 大学本科及以上学历，汽车行业工作2年以上； 2. 车辆工程，自动化，电气工程，机械工程等相关专业； 3. 熟悉电驱动产品的工作原理和关键特性； 4. 熟悉策略开发，电机标定和整车标定流程，具备独立电机标定及整车标定能力，具有丰富台架测试经验； 5. 具备新能源汽车三高标定经验； 6. 能够应用电机电控基础知识，借助整车标定调试工具，按照整车标定流程解决标定技术难题或故障，以及完成整车标定工作 7. 熟练使用INCA、CANoe、功率分析仪、示波器等标定测试工具； 8. 具备良好的沟通能力、协调能力，组织能力，分析能力和执行力； 9. 具备带队能力，注重人才培养，具有团队合作，体系标准流程搭建能力；10、一定要有电机标定工作经验的
