Dein Aufgabengebiet

  • Entwicklung neuer Produkte, Baugruppen und technischer Lösungen, von der ersten Idee bis zur konstruktiven Umsetzung.
  • Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Produkte sowie Erarbeitung von Varianten und konstruktiven Standards.
  • Konstruktion und technische Auslegung von Komponenten und Baugruppen inkl. Erstellung von 3D-CAD-Modellen, Zeichnungen und Stücklisten (idealerweise mit SolidWorks).
  • Durchführung technischer Machbarkeitsprüfungen sowie Mitarbeit bei Prototypen, Funktionstests und entwicklungsnahen Versuchen.
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung technischer Dokumentationen und Zeichnungsstände.
  • Unterstützung bei kundenspezifischen Fragestellungen und konstruktiven Sonderlösungen.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Produktion, Einkauf und Vertrieb.

Mit diesen Qualifikationen kannst Du uns unterstützen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Konstruktion oder Produktentwicklung, alternativ eine Weiterbildung zum Techniker (m/w/d) mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Konstruktion technischer Produkte oder Baugruppen, ob als Entwicklungsingenieur, Konstrukteur oder in einer vergleichbaren Funktion.
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der 3D-Konstruktion und im Umgang mit CAD-Systemen, idealerweise SolidWorks; Kenntnisse in PDM-/ERP-nahen Prozessen und im Änderungswesen sind von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung in der Neu- und Weiterentwicklung technischer Produkte, idealerweise mit Berührungspunkten zu Prototyping, Testaufbauten oder Validierung.
  • Die Fähigkeit, neue Ideen zu entwickeln und diese gleichzeitig hands-on umzusetzen, Sie denken konzeptionell und packen im Tagesgeschäft mit an.
  • Pragmatischer, lösungsorientierter Arbeitsstil mit gutem technischen Verständnis sowie erste Erfahrung in der Koordination technischer Themen oder kleinerer Projekte.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
