Om Leap Solutions

Leap Solutions er en ingeniørrådgivende virksomhed med speciale i software og energioptimering. Vores ingeniører, softwarespecialister og teknikere arbejder tæt sammen i ét integreret team. Vi er ca. 25 medarbejdere på kontoret i Støvring og har en samarbejdende kultur, hvor vi er afhængige af hinandens kompetencer og hjælper hinanden på tværs af projekter.

Dine opgaver vil blandt andet omfatte:

  • Ressourceplanlægning i softwareteamet: fordele opgaver, prioritere og sekvensere arbejdet på tværs af projekter, og koordinere tæt med Head of Projects om bemanding, deadlines og afhængigheder
  • Ejerskab af sprintplanlægning, backlog og de daglige stand-ups
  • Omsætte produktvision og krav til konkrete udviklingsopgaver for teamet
  • Code reviews, tekniske retningsvalg og oplæring – og at hjælpe teamet videre, når de sidder fast
  • Sikre, i samarbejde med relevante specialister, at cybersikkerhed er tænkt ind i arkitektur og udviklingsflow fra starten – ikke tilføjet som en eftertanke
  • Bidrage til arkitektur- og teknologibeslutninger på tværs af projekter
  • Være med til at skabe og fastholde en sund udviklingskultur med fokus på kvalitet, tempo og trivsel

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har 5-10 års erfaring med softwareudvikling, heraf mindst 2-3 år i en rolle som tech lead, delivery lead eller senior med ansvar for et team
  • Har en baggrund som udvikler (frontend, backend eller fullstack – vi er ikke bundet af en bestemt stack)
  • Har praktisk erfaring med agil leverance og ressourceplanlægning på tværs af flere projekter: sprints, backlog, review og prioritering af begrænset teamkapacitet
  • Har erfaring med at bygge bro mellem softwareteamet og domæneeksperter, og omsætte fagligt input til konkrete tekniske krav
  • Taler og skriver dansk og engelsk
  • Kan balancere vision, leverance og kvalitet – og sige fra, når det er nødvendigt

Det er en fordel, hvis du også har:

  • Erfaring med cybersikkerhed, fx applikationssikkerhed, secure-by-design, netværkssikkerhed, penetrationstest eller identity- og adgangsstyring
  • Erfaring med NIS2, ISO 27001, IEC 62443 eller lignende regulatoriske og standardiserede rammer
  • Baggrund fra OT, IoT, kritisk infrastruktur eller energisektoren
  • Erfaring med cloud-platforme som Azure eller GCP

  • Arbejdet foregår primært på vores kontor i Støvring, med mulighed for en fast hjemmearbejdsdag om ugen
  • Stillingen er på 37 timer (fuld tid)
