LEARN Corporation is Thailand’s leading lifelong-learning EdTech company. Guided by our belief that “learning opportunities can improve one’s quality of life,” we leverage technology to create engaging, inclusive learning experiences that help people build new skills, achieve ambitious goals, and contribute back to society. The CEO Office acts as an extension of the CEO, helping turn priorities into action across key initiatives. Working as the CEO’s right hand, the team drives progress, solves critical problems, and ensures strong execution across the organization. This role sits at the center of high-impact, cross-functional work, supporting the CEO and leadership team in advancing strategic priorities, addressing important business challenges, and ensuring execution happens with speed, clarity, and discipline.

What You’ll Drive

1) Drive execution of strategic priorities

  • Translate CEO and leadership priorities into clear plans, workstreams, milestones, and actions
  • Drive selected cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
  • Ensure consistent follow-through across stakeholders so that priorities do not stall
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and take action to resolve or escalate

2) Support decision-making through structured analysis

  • Break down ambiguous problems into structured analyses and actionable insights
  • Gather, analyze, and synthesize data from multiple sources to support leadership decisions
  • Develop clear recommendations with rationale, trade-offs, and implications
  • Prepare high-quality decision-support materials (briefs, presentations, summaries)

3) Drive cross-functional alignment

  • Work closely with business units and functions to align on priorities, timelines, and deliverables
  • Facilitate discussions, working sessions, and follow-ups across stakeholders
  • Clarify ownership, ensure accountability, and maintain momentum across initiatives

4) Ensure execution discipline and project governance

  • Manage project tracking, status reporting, meeting cadences, and action follow-ups
  • Ensure visibility across key initiatives, with clear updates on progress, risks, and next steps
  • Improve execution discipline through better tracking, structure, and operating rhythm

5) Create high-quality executive materials

  • Develop clear, concise, and insight-driven presentations, memos, and briefing notes
  • Distill complex information into simple, structured narratives for leadership
  • Tailor communication for different audiences, from senior executives to cross-functional teams

6) Support special projects and continuous improvement

  • Lead or contribute to strategic, urgent, or high-impact projects as assigned
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, coordination, and decision processes
  • Leverage digital tools and AI to enhance productivity, speed, and quality of execution

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, economics, or related fields (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • 0–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or related roles (level will be determined based on experience and capability)
  • Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, professional, or extracurricular activities
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to break down and structure complex problems clearly
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced environment
  • High ownership, reliability, and strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous situations and work effectively across cross-functional teams
  • Solution-oriented mindset—able to move from problem identification to actionable solutions
  • Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity is strongly preferred

What You Will Gain

  • Direct exposure to CEO-level priorities and high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
  • Accelerated development in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and executive communication
  • Opportunity to take ownership of meaningful work and build a strong foundation for leadership roles

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
