We are seeking a dedicated and highly analytical Student Success Officer to act as a personal academic strategist for our students. In this role, you will be the bridge between ambitious goals and real-world acceptance letters. You will design personalized TCAS preparation pathways, review critical portfolios, and manage the expectations of premium families. What You’ll Drive
- Design engaging learning materials, educational content, infographics, and publication assets (like books and e-books).
- Create a wide range of graphic design assets based on assigned projects and creative briefs across both print and digital media.
- Bring ideas to life!! across formats like branding, books, presentations, posters, catalogues, content marketing, and more.
- Support sales and internal teams with compelling visual materials.
- Stay ahead of design trends and help modernize how we deliver creative content.
- Collaborate with the team to explore new ways to continuously improve and elevate overall design quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure work meets client needs and company standards.
What You'll Bring
- 1+ year of experience in graphic design or related fields
- A Bachelor's degree in design or relevant disciplines.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of tools like Figma and AI productivity tools is a plus.
- Comfortable with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Creative thinker who stays updated with design trends.
- Able to work under pressure, manage timelines, and deliver polished results.
- Strong attention to detail and a team-first mindset.
- A portfolio is a must — show us what you've got!
- Experience in designing educational media or learning platforms is plus.
