En Learning Heroes estamos reescribiendo las reglas de la educación tradicional. Somos un centro universitario diferente y una de las mayores comunidades hispanohablantes en tecnologías disruptivas, con más de 1.000.000 de alumnos en casi 40 países.

Buscamos un/a HubSpot Expert 360 para convertir HubSpot en el sistema nervioso central de nuestras operaciones de Marketing, Ventas y Servicio.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás el/la owner end-to-end de HubSpot, diseñando y escalando una arquitectura sólida, eficiente y orientada a RevOps. Convertirás datos en procesos eficientes e insights accionables, asegurando que la información fluya limpia, consistente y con sentido.

¿Qué buscamos?

🏗️ Arquitectura 360°: Dominas HubSpot de forma transversal y sabes diseñar arquitecturas de datos robustas: objetos custom, lifecycle stages, propiedades, asociaciones y automatizaciones. Puedes desarrollar custom coded actions en JavaScript o Python cuando sea necesario.

📊 Data Ops: Te obsesiona la calidad del dato. Controlas deduplicación, normalización, enriquecimiento y limpieza, y sabes crear workflows que mantengan el CRM fiable y accionable.

🔄 RevOps: Entiendes Marketing, Ventas y Servicio como un único sistema. Optimizarás funnels, conectarás procesos y crearás dashboards y reporting cross-hub para entender todo el journey, de lead a cliente.

🚀 Ownership: Eres autónomo/a, sabes priorizar y tienes criterio. No te limitas a ejecutar: cuestionas lo que puede hacerse mejor y defiendes soluciones escalables.

  • Ubicación: Barcelona y Andorra la Vella.
