Um unser Inside Sales-Team in der Leaseweb Deutschland GmbH weiter zu stärken, suchen wir dich als Inside Sales Representative (m/w/d). Als erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden verstehst du ihre Bedürfnisse, kannst sie für unser Produktportfolio und Lösungen begeistern und sorgst für eine reibungslose und professionelle Experience.

Was dich erwartet

  • Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenanfragen und Leads aus Website, Chat und Telefon
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Koordination interner Abstimmungen
  • Du arbeitest nicht einfach Tickets ab – du gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir wachsen, Kunden begeistern und unsere Prozesse weiterentwickeln
  • Enge Abstimmung mit unserem Sales-, Client Service Delivery – und Marketing – Team
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Pre-Sales, um Lösungen zu entwickeln, die den Kundenbedürfnissen gerecht werden
  • Du erkennst Kundenpotenziale und leitest proaktiv nächste Schritte ein
  • Saubere und effiziente Dokumentation in unseren Systemen (CRM & Ticketsystem)

Was du mitbringst

  • Erfahrung im Inside Sales, Customer Service oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle – idealerweise im IT-/Hosting-/Cloud-Umfeld
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung, Servicegedanke und Freude am Austausch mit Menschen
  • Systemaffinität und schnelle Auffassungsgabe für technische Themen
  • Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und Teamgeist
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität, Eigeninitiative und echtes Interesse, Dinge voranzubringen
